Mark Davis
Certified General Appraiser
Mark joined the firm in October 2010 to head up our Vancouver, Washington branch, Vancouver Residential Appraisals. Mark began appraising in 1987 primarily on commercial appraisal work and was formerly with the firm PGP Valuations, now Colliers, from 1990 to 2010. In the last 15 years he has been specializing in primarily residential properties in Pacific, Wahkiakum, Cowlitz, Clark and Skamania counties of Washington State. Mark attended Portland State University on a football scholarship and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree. When not appraising, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife and two children on their rural home, fishing, 4 wheeling and playing sports.
Jadyn Gourley
Certified Residential Appraiser
Jadyn Gourley is a Washington State Certified Residential Appraiser. She graduated from Northwest Nazarene University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management. In 2017, she joined the firm and had the opportunity to train in Portland and the SW Washington markets. She is experienced in appraising various types of properties and has worked on complex assignments involving rural acreage, properties with subdivision potential and high value estate properties. Jadyn is currently pursing SRA Designation from the Appraisal Institute.
